Assistant Restaurant Manager Position

For more than a century, our family-owned restaurant has served authentic Spanish and Cuban cuisine with Old-World hospitality, in a setting of hand-painted tiles, sun-filled courtyards, and time-honored recipes passed down through generations. We're looking for passionate, hospitality-minded people to help us carry that tradition forward in the heart of the Nation's Oldest City.

What you need:

A warm, genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Previous restaurant experience working as a FOH Manager
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive on a team
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and a positive, dependable attitude
