What We Need We are looking for a strong addition to our Finance team—someone who will help shape strategy, optimize revenue and costs, and enable smarter, faster decision‑making across the business. What You'll Do Revenue Analysis: provide analytical support to iHeartMedia leadership, proactively identifying issues and developing data‑driven answers. Business Reports, Solutions & Tools: create Excel/SQL/Tableau reports & tools to help evaluate business performance, implement initiatives, and improve operations. Processes: develop processes to streamline and optimize operations workflows. Support a variety of teams on data analysis. Support ad hoc projects. What You'll Need Four‑year degree in a related field. Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL and Tableau. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. High attention to detail. Intellectual curiosity with a goal of continuous improvement. Ability to work independently or with fellow team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills. General understanding of business principles. Compensation Salary: $66,000 - $82,500 (determined by factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and market data).
