Part-Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant position in North Aurora covering our Gerald Hyundai store. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.

Essential Functions:

• Stock in new vehicles, used car purchases, dealer trades, open repair orders, check recalls, etc.
• Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
• Order, receive and stock all supplies and refreshments.
• Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
• Maintain and monitor key tracker system.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours:

This is a part-time position. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4pm to 9pm and Saturday from 8am until 5pm.

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.

Benefits:

Pay range for this position: $15.00-$18.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
