Pfizer seeks a Senior Oncology Account Specialist to promote oncology products to healthcare providers and institutions across Iowa. The role involves strategic account management, customer relationship building, and education on appropriate product use to improve patient care outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Promote Pfizer's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive product demand
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and institutional customers
- Educate healthcare community on appropriate use of Pfizer products
- Assess customer needs and address them with targeted resources and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4-10+ years depending on education level)
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience
- Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed
- Proficiency with complex digital applications and learning new technologies
- Demonstrated business acumen and track record of sales success
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical and scientific information
Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base annually, plus sales incentive bonus
