Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress and stability, schedule follow-up appointments, and facilitate successful discharges when applicable.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes to comply with organizational standards and state regulations.
\n
• Execute thorough intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, presenting issues, and treatment needs.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client requirements.

• Participate in clinical supervision sessions to further develop professional skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Anchor Health Counseling, you will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing an array of mental health challenges. Our clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and other behavioral health concerns. Your role will be instrumental in delivering tailored therapeutic support to help clients navigate their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computer software, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable with conducting intake assessments and navigating electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy is highly desirable.
