Diesel Mechanic Class B Technician

Overview Performance Foodservice is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Class B Technician to maintain and repair our regional delivery fleet within the Transportation & Logistics automotive team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems on Class B trucks and trailers that support time-sensitive food deliveries. You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, complete repair documentation, and collaborate with drivers and dispatch to minimize downtime. Working in a team-focused, safety-driven shop, you’ll support reliable service to restaurants and foodservice customers while benefiting from strong development and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems on Class B trucks and trailers. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and complete repair documentation. Collaborate with drivers and dispatch to minimize downtime.
