Senior Product Designer, AI Creative [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer, AI Creative based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product design, AI innovation, and marketing technology, shaping how next-generation AI agents help marketers build and execute full-funnel campaigns. You will be designing 0-to-1 experiences in a fast-moving, experimental environment where product definitions are still evolving. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers, you will translate complex data and AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. The work is highly iterative, requiring strong prototyping skills and comfort with ambiguity. You will contribute directly to shaping product strategy while rapidly testing ideas in real-world conditions. This is a high-ownership role where your design decisions will meaningfully influence the future of AI-driven marketing tools.

Accountabilities:

You will lead the design of new AI-powered product experiences, contributing to both strategy and execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a highly iterative environment.

• Design and iterate on 0-to-1 AI-native product experiences for marketing and agent-based workflows
• Rapidly prototype ideas and solutions to communicate concepts, validate assumptions, and drive product direction
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define product requirements and shape feature direction
• Conduct and synthesize user research and behavioral data to inform design decisions and product strategy
• Contribute to product strategy by translating insights from customers and usage data into actionable design opportunities
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of UI, interaction, and system design
• Participate in design critiques, jams, and collaborative workshops to continuously improve craft and product thinking
• Help evolve and maintain design systems that support scalability and consistency across AI-driven products

Requirements:

You bring strong product design experience in technical or data-heavy environments, along with a deep curiosity for AI and a hands-on, experimental approach to building products.

• 6+ years of experience in product design, shipping user-facing applications or features in technical domains
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including UI, interaction design, and system thinking
• Proven experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with ambiguous or evolving product definitions
• Deep curiosity about AI technologies and hands-on experience experimenting with modern AI tools
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools such as Framer or similar platforms
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, user-centered experiences
• Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and research teams in cross-functional environments
• High craft standards with attention to detail, visual design quality, and usability
