Hybrid Inside Sales BD Manager - Aesthetics

Job Description The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue‑generating position responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio of products (BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVDERM Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica, KYBELLA). The role is hybrid, requiring residency or relocation to the Austin, TX area, and includes work in office and remote days with one of the following shifts: 8:00 am–4:30 pm CT, 8:30–5:00 pm CT, 7:30–4:30 pm CT or 8:00–5:00 pm CT. Key Duties and Responsibilities Consistently achieve sales quota across the portfolio and execute marketing plans independently. Create and execute call and business development plans across the product portfolio, demonstrating adaptability and creativity with multiple initiatives. Manage attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through consistent communication with the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager, manage own sample allocation, place orders, provide marketing materials, and assist accounts with marketing strategies. Lead execution on all campaigns/promotions, new product launches, training of accounts on Allergan programs, and other sales‑related initiatives. Develop product knowledge and utilize it to best serve customers’ current business needs, prospect new products, programs, and training opportunities, and qualify new business. Educate customers regarding indications, contraindications, and safety of the products and how they fulfill customer needs. Identify growth opportunities including expanding reach with the customer base, expanding product portfolio utilization with existing accounts, and launching new products and indications. Support customers with marketing strategies including website and social media development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies. Pre‑plan sales calls and maintain efficient time‑management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest engagement. Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products. Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Regional Manager, field reps, and Inside Sales Area Manager to drive sales objectives and cultivate relationships. Handle leave of absence and vacant territory coverage by collaborating with the respective Sales Representative, Region Manager, and Inside Sales Area Manager. Attend training and meetings as required and complete administrative responsibilities such as presentations and expense reports on a timely basis. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant equivalent industry experience required. Two or more years of relevant sales experience required. A track record of earning strong commissions, ability to work independently, excellent organization, and superior communication skills required. Preferred Skills/Qualifications Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians, patients, etc. Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers. Two years of working in Inside Sales preferred. Additional Requirements Knowledge of Inside Sales selling skills and business environment. Excellent time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and plan extensively to meet goals. Attention to accuracy and quality in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment. Motivation by individual and team achievement. Strong analytical and business acumen skills. Proven selling skills. Positive role model and team player. Interpersonal skills to work with diverse customers. Presentation skills to engage various audiences. Ability to execute key strategies and develop relationships remotely via telephone. Proficiency with sales force automation and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Compensation range is a possible base pay range subject to geographic location and other factors. Benefits include paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The role is eligible to participate in short‑term incentive programs.
