Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide locum tenens coverage on a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with full-time on-site coverage required
• Work within an inpatient psychiatric unit focusing exclusively on medical issue management, not behavioral health
• Handle HMP consults addressing medical concerns such as sore throats, rashes, medication consults, and diabetic management
• Provide adult-only care including consult services, ED coverage, and inpatient rounding
• Manage up to 10 patient encounters per shift
• Work alongside a supportive team including mid-level providers, social workers, and nursing staff
• On-site only position - no telehealth services
• Active Massachusetts license required - no other state licenses accepted
• Board certification required at minimum certified level
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days with the medical staff

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
