Position Overview

As a Remote Client Services Supervisor , you'll help deliver exceptional client experiences while developing the skills necessary to grow into higher levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Answer questions regarding benefits, policies, and available coverage

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Deliver professional, responsive customer service

Leadership Development

• Support and encourage team success through collaboration

• Assist with workflow coordination and communication

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
