Required Skills:

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license or certification
• Proven experience in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and pain management
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in diverse clinical settings or surgical specialties
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Prior experience with advanced airway management and invasive procedures
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in a clinical setting
• Prior experience in hospital or surgical center environments

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain state licensing and certification
• Flexibility to cover various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Prepared to travel for assignments when necessary
