Job Details:

• Medically directed practice with collegial anesthesiologists
• Handle 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per 8-hour day on average
• Work within busy surgical schedule that includes all procedures except transplants and pediatric hearts
• Provide one-to-one patient care in operating rooms, Cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT as needed
• Care for all patient age groups at a Level 1 trauma center
• Work 7 days a week with 8, 10, 12 hour shifts (Monday-Friday) and 12 or 16 hour shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Rotate between multiple locations including main medical center, surgery centers, and outpatient facilities
• Must be graduate (Master's or Doctorate) of accredited school of anesthesia
• Current or ability to obtain licensure as Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Minnesota required
• Current certification in CPR, BCLS/ACLS required
• Must be certified by National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Experience required in general anesthesia (adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma), spinal anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases, open heart anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex vascular and orthopedic cases

The organization provides high-acuity care across various specialties and maintains modern equipment and facilities to support complex surgical procedures and trauma care.
