Role Summary We are seeking a fast-moving, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our daily social media presence and drive online lead generation. This is a hands-on, high-output role for a tactical doer who creates, schedules, and publishes content that converts scrollers and targeted audiences into sales leads and e-commerce traffic. You will not be managing a team or writing high-level brand strategies; instead, you will be the one that executes our marketing roadmap every single day. You will own the full deployment of digital campaigns—from digital content strategy and creation to hitting "publish" on social media -and will track the exact ROI and lead generation metrics of your work directly for leadership. Key Responsibilities Digital Content Execution & Publishing: Own the daily production, scheduling, and publishing of content across all corporate social media channels. Lead & Traffic Generation: Focus all marketing activity on clear performance goals, specifically driving traffic to our e-commerce sites and capturing leads for the sales team. Daily Content Creation: Rapidly produce functional, high-converting digital assets, social graphics, and short-form videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Campaign Coordination: Execute marketing plans into immediate action, keeping promotional calendars on time and maintaining a consistent pipeline of outward-facing content. Community Engagement: Monitor social channels daily to respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and route sales leads directly to our internal sales team. ROI Tracking & Reporting: Track the performance of every single digital and print campaign. Maintain accurate records of spend, lead generation, and ROI, using tools like QR codes and UTM links to trace results back to specific campaigns, and present clear weekly/monthly reports to leadership. Qualifications and Experience Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns. Print Experience: Direct experience preparing and scheduling physical print assets (like postcards) for direct mail production and distribution. Focus: Proven track record of running social campaigns that successfully generated e-commerce traffic or sales leads (not just likes and views). Speed & Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, shifting quickly between graphic creation, data tracking, and copy writing without losing attention to detail. Strategy: Experience developing a data-driven plan designed to achieve specific business goals through omni-channel marketing, including on-line, social and print. Creativity: A compelling portfolio demonstrating a creative mind and a keen eye for color, brand design, and typography. Technical Skills: High proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite. Strong short-form video skills are a priority, including filming, editing, and captioning. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus. Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, HootSuite), and reporting/tracking tools. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients, including the ability to lead meetings.
