Occupational Health Nurse (KRAFT-FT)

Role Overview: Responsible for delivering comprehensive workplace medical and wellness services, including patient triage, evaluation, referral, phlebotomy, immunizations, BLS instruction, hearing testing, and other duties as needed. May supervise HRA team members and oversee program policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, with all licensing requirements met. Minimum of three years clinical experience. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Knowledge of medical and allied health services, with an interest in promoting health, wellness, safety, and prevention in a corporate setting. Ability to work independently and respond quickly in emergencies. CPR instructor certification preferred. Responsibilities & Conditions: Perform duties in alignment with organizational mission, values, and standards. Must stand and walk for extended periods and operate medical and general equipment.
