Occupational Health Nurse (KRAFT-FT)

Role: Provide comprehensive workplace medical and wellness services, including patient triage, evaluation, referral, phlebotomy, immunizations, BLS instruction, hearing tests, and other duties per OSHA guidelines. Responsibilities: Supervise HRA team members, implement program policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with OSHA, Workman's Compensation, and FMLA laws. Promote health, safety, and prevention activities within a corporate setting. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Must hold a current RN license and meet state requirements. Minimum three years of clinical experience. Certifications include current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation. Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills; strong knowledge of medical and allied health services; ability to work independently; good computer skills; CPR instructor certification preferred.
