Duties and Responsibilities Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix and end user support activities as required Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image Complete assigned projects Follow asset management policy and procedures Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of desk side support service experience Working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic business applications Excellent analytic / troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills Excellent customer support skills Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing Wage Range The rate for this position isbetween$28.20 - $37.60 perhour, unlesslocal minimum wage is higher.Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education,experienceand other qualifications of the successful candidate.
