Light Factory 2nd shift - Bilingual preferred Other Area(s) Mentor, Ohio Temp/Contract Jun 26, 2026 2nd shift Factory Worker – Light Bilingual/Spanish preferred Lake County, OH | Full-Time | $19.80/hour 12:30pm-11pm Start your career in manufacturing with hands-on training and a supportive team. We’re hiring Factory Workers to perform light‑duty tasks on our production line. Manufacturing experience required with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. What You’ll Do Spot welding and cutting metal cloth Perform basic tasks on a production line Follow instructions from production forepersons Monitor materials and sort/count items Pack and label cartons accurately Keep your workstation clean and safe Follow all safety guidelines Assist with other duties as needed What We’re Looking For Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly Strong attention to detail and time management Comfortable with repetitive tasks High school diploma or equivalent preferred On-the-job training provided Physical Requirements Able to stand for long periods Must wear hearing and eye protection Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
