Subcontracts Administrator

To support a United States Special Operations Command mission partner, the full-time Subcontracts Administrator will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of subcontracts and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Administer the full lifecycle of subcontracts and purchase orders, including solicitation, negotiation, and closeout Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and serve as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external suppliers Execute sourcing activities, perform market research, and support risk identification and mitigation in procurement strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in subcontracts administration or procurement in a government contracting environment Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and related federal acquisition regulations Experience supporting manufacturing environments and negotiating commercial terms and conditions Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
