Company Overview Transdev in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a full-time Recruiter to support the management and human resources teams with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities. The role is customer service‑oriented and dedicated to safety. Benefits Competitive compensation package min. $52,000 – max. $65,000. Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks Sick time: 40 hours Holidays: 12 days (8 standard & 4 floating) Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental & vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability Key Responsibilities Full‑cycle recruiting: reviewing applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates via the Application Tracking System – Jobvite. Conduct orientation with new employees. Create and maintain employee files, completing all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork. Coordinate background screening processes, including pre‑employment drug testing and DOT physicals. Perform Quality Assurance checks to ensure compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E‑Verify requirements. Support employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Other duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year recruiting experience, preferably in a DOT industry. College coursework in a related field is preferred. Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical screening; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. Physical Requirements Work performed indoors in climate‑controlled facilities. Requires long periods of sitting, typing, or computer use. Must speak and hear in English for phone communication. May need to push and pull objects up to 10 lbs, and lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally bending, kneeling or crouching to ground‑level equipment.
