HR Generalist - Recruiter

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and support services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans. ASI is hiring a full‑time recruiter to support our Human Resources Department in recruiting and selection processes at our administrative office in St Paul, MN. Responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers to expedite and optimize the recruitment and selection process, focusing on Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff. Review open requisitions for new qualified applicants, obtain interview availability, and contact applicants to provide information on open positions and conduct phone screens and interviews. Conduct and document reference checks. Survey new hires and recent hires to assess their employment experience at ASI. Qualifications Two years of administrative support experience. One year of recruitment experience. Excellent independent initiative, time management, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and database applications.
