Area Sales Leader- Monarch Urology - Allegheny

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology to drive commercialization across a multi-state territory including Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and surrounding areas. The role involves developing sales strategies, building physician relationships, and supporting adoption of a robotic-assisted urology system.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans targeting capital system sales and procedure growth
- Build territory strategy including account segmentation, funnel management, and launch prioritization
- Establish relationships with physicians, administrators, and economic buyers to understand needs and funding
- Lead product demonstrations and clinical discussions to support system evaluation and adoption
- Coordinate post-sale installation, training, and utilization support with internal and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 2+ years healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales experience
- 2+ years capital equipment or complex medical sales experience preferred
- Ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical information to physicians
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and account strategy skills
- Experience in urology, endourology, robotics, or OR-based selling preferred
