FinPro is partnering with a growing InsurTech business looking to appoint an experienced Sales Leader to help drive the next stage of commercial growth.

About the Role

\n

\n

\n

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to sell complex technology into the insurance market and knows what it takes to build a high-performing enterprise sales function.

\n

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Lead and develop a team of enterprise sellers
\n
• Own new logo revenue across the US insurance market
\n
• Build and execute the commercial strategy alongside senior leadership
\n
• Coach the team across prospecting, pipeline development and complex deal cycles
\n
• Work strategic opportunities directly and help navigate larger enterprise deals
\n
• Improve sales process, forecasting and pipeline discipline
\n
• Help shape hiring and future growth of the commercial team
\n

Required Skills

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Proven experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams
\n
• Strong track record selling technology into insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers or other insurance organisations
\n
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
\n
• Comfortable operating as a player-coach and getting involved directly in deals
\n
• Strong understanding of insurance buying groups and enterprise stakeholders
\n
• Track record of building pipeline and delivering against ambitious revenue targets
\n
• Experience in an InsurTech, SaaS or high-growth technology environment
\n

This would suit someone currently operating as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, VP Sales or senior commercial leader who wants to play a meaningful role in building the next phase of an InsurTech business.
