Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing front-line technical support, information, and solutions to dealers and customers regarding Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) products.
• Handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues through telephone, email, and chat, and documenting each interaction in the case management system.
• Creating and maintaining support tools and resources for internal and online customer use.
• Supporting a wide variety of agricultural products, desktop and mobile software, and machine guidance systems.
• Collaborating with team members and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention efforts.

Experience Required for Your Success

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Have strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Possess experience in customer service or technical support environments.
• Demonstrate high comfort level and experience with consumer software applications, strong computer and troubleshooting abilities, and experience with data management.
• Are flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7am and 7pm CST, Monday through Friday, on-site in Johnston, IA.
• Are able to work off-shift hours and occasional holidays as required.
• Are willing to comply with an attendance policy during the 6-week training period with no time off.
