LOFTA FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Overview This role is part of the on-site fulfillment team. You will be assigned orders to pick from inventory, package according to the pack slip, and deliver to the shipping team. All items are under 40 lbs. No equipment operation (forklift, etc.) is required for picking orders. Responsibilities Pick orders from inventory and package according to the pack slip. Label and prepare items for shipping; ensure accuracy and quality. Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely processing and delivery. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in fulfillment operations (preferred). Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) and e-commerce fulfillment (a plus). Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and common software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good written and verbal communication. Self-motivated, professional, and able to handle constructive feedback. Comfortable lifting/moving items up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. Location and Compensation This position is located in San Diego. The anticipated salary range is $20.00 - $25.50 hourly. The actual compensation offered may vary based on experience, skills, education and location. This role does not provide relocation benefits.
