A pharmacy technician position is available at a closed-door pharmacy embedded within a behavioral health hospital setting in Plano, TX. This role focuses exclusively on dispensing behavioral health medications in a high-volume environment averaging 350-400 prescriptions daily. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the pharmacy utilizes Enterprise RX software (training provided) and follows streamlined workflows without administering vaccines.

- Accurately prepare and dispense behavioral health medication prescriptions
- Support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, efficient manner
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with the pharmacist and healthcare team to meet medication needs of hospital patients
- Utilize automation tools to ensure high-quality service and timely fulfillment
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license (required)
- Minimum 1-2 years pharmacy technician experience; retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Ability to work reliably in a busy, fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems; Enterprise RX training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and professionalism, given prior behavioral challenges with staff
