Our new facility, spanning 340,000 square feet, will introduce a state-of-the-art facility, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population. Among its highlights, the facility will house crucial departments such as emergency, inpatient, procedural, and women and children. Location 7600 Better Way, Frisco, Texas Shift FT Nights, three,12hr shifts a week, 6:45 a.m.-7:15 a.m.. including weekends, 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday

Job Summary Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization's priorities. This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. Essential Functions Of The Role You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices. You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes. You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress. Key Success Factors Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices. Proven communication skills both in speech and writing.
