Assistant Nurse ManagerAt Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center / Mount Sinai Rehabilitation/Behavioral Health the Assistant Nurse Manager—internally classified as Nursing Supervisor – NL I—supports the Nurse Manager in administrative and managerial duties while guiding the healthcare team in delivering best clinical practices within the behavioral health setting.What you will do:Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing unit personnel and maintaining a safe, efficient, and supportive nursing environment.Supervise charge nurses and frontline staff, contributing to staff coordination, scheduling, and throughput.Participate in hiring, performance management, and staff development.Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.Lead by example, fostering respectful communication, collaboration, and professional growth.Support evidence-based practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Drive effective patient care outcomes and operational performance through transformational leadership.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).Valid RN license in Connecticut.Position Highlights and BenefitsSchedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Day Shift/Evening Flexible Schedule.Salaried positionCompensation and BenefitsAt Trinity Health Of New England, we understand that the success of our organization is directly related to our hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated colleagues who contribute their time and skills to help transform healthcare.
