Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Home Health Aide, HHA, CNA, & Caregiver to join our growing team! Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa are in Woodbury, MN right next door to Woodbury Senior High School. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in our gorgeous apartment style communities providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Full-time PM Shift (2:30p-10:30p), every other weekend required. Full-time or Part-time NOC Shift (10:30p-6:30a), every other weekend required. On-call - 4 days required per month, 2 of which must be weekend shifts HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour CNA Wage: $19-24 per hour Shift Differential: $1 for PMs, $2 for NOCs Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
