Workday Security Analyst

Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Workday Security Configuration Analyst for one of its leading customers in the life sciences space. The Workday Analyst will act as a subject matter expert for Workday Security architecture, responsible for configuring and maintaining security domains, security groups, role-based access, service accounts, and integration security. This individual will support security governance initiatives, troubleshoot complex security issues, manage security changes across multiple tenants, maintain audit-ready documentation, and collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure security controls remain compliant, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of Workday Security administration and configuration experience
Expertise with Workday security domains, security groups, and role assignments
Experience managing integration security and service accounts
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex Workday Security issues
Experience supporting audit, compliance, and security governance programs Experience with Workday Data Shield administration
Experience with Smart Audit, Smart Shield, Kainos, or AppOmni
Prior experience supporting enterprise Workday Security strategy initiatives
