Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Security Lead to support the implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity capabilities across manufacturing, laboratory, and operational technology environments. This role serves as a subject matter expert for OT cybersecurity and partners with engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to assess risks, implement security controls, and support secure and reliable manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on cybersecurity professional who wants to help strengthen OT security capabilities while partnering closely with manufacturing sites, engineering teams, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Technology (OT) Security Support and coordinate Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing, laboratory, and R&D environments.
• Partner with Manufacturing IT, Engineering, Quality, and plant stakeholders to identify, assess, and reduce cybersecurity risk in operational environments.
• Conduct OT security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk evaluations, and drive remediation activities to strengthen security controls.
• Contribute to the deployment and enhancement of OT security capabilities, including network segmentation, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, and vendor connectivity.
• Support the development and implementation of OT security standards, procedures, and controls aligned with industry frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Provide OT cybersecurity expertise and guidance for operational technology projects, manufacturing modernization initiatives, and technology deployments.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a key OT security resource for project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination across functions.
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into practical, implementable guidance for engineering and operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement of security processes, templates, and documentation.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and project stakeholders.
• Support the development of OT cybersecurity awareness and best practices across manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support the implementation and maintenance of OT security solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, standard development, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related technology disciplines, including experience supporting security activities in regulated, manufacturing, laboratory, or operational environments.
• Experience operating within regulated environments with strong quality, safety, or compliance requirements.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical risks and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to OT or industrial environments, including manufacturing, laboratory, or R&D systems.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CSSLP) a plus.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $120,000.00 and $135,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive sick time, floating holidays and paid vacation.
