Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a driven RV General Manager to lead a thriving RV dealership. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage and develop department managers, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from showroom to service. This is an opportunity to lead a full dealership team and make a significant impact in the RV sales and service industry.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop department managers to achieve strong performance across the dealership
• Organize employee schedules and oversee daily dealership operations
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure every customer experience reflects the dealership's commitment to exceptional service
• Manage inventory to keep the showroom stocked with the right RV models to meet customer demand
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to set and achieve department goals
• Oversee administrative duties to keep dealership operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a degree in business management preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in the RV or automotive industry, including 3+ years in a management role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide a team to success
• In-depth knowledge of RV dealership operations
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with customers and staff
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
