• For Epic analysts, certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module must be obtained within 6 months of hire and kept current through version training.

• We serve as the liaison between end users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors to design, build, optimize, and support assigned applications.
• We analyze business issues, requirements, and workflows to align application solutions with operational needs.
• We support project implementation through analysis, testing, documentation, and deployment of medium to high-complexity software activities.
• We provide application support, optimization, and troubleshooting for moderate incidents and requests.
• We work closely with the Service Desk to help respond to service requests.
• We analyze, design, configure, test, educate, implement, maintain, and improve applications, solutions, and business processes.
• We coordinate across teams and project boundaries to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• We manage assigned tasks and medium-complexity projects, providing oversight and status updates.
• We identify practical solutions, gap areas, and opportunities to improve customer usability, efficiency, and experience.
• We gather requirements, map current and future processes, and complete stakeholder and specification analysis.
• We communicate complex configuration and design issues clearly to users and project stakeholders.
• We maintain relationships with end-user leadership after implementation and help resolve conflicts proactively.
• We follow strict change management, configuration, and approval processes.
• We coordinate vendor code changes and partner with technical teams to resolve infrastructure-related application issues.
• We share vendor best practices with operational leaders and help standardize workflows across ministries.
• We review new releases and application functionality proactively.
• We provide training, documentation, and guidance to end users and newer team members.
• We escalate issues when service-level expectations are missed or vendor action is delayed.
• We may travel and work additional hours during critical issues as needed.
