CT Technologist Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join our imaging team. In this essential role, you'll perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. You'll work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care are top priorities.

CT Technologist Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
Monitor patient well-being and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
Practice ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) radiation safety principles at all times.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver timely, quality care.
Maintain proper documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and imaging systems.
Prepare contrast materials as needed and monitor for any adverse reactions.

CT Technologist Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT certification in Radiography; advanced CT certification preferred or obtained within 12 months.
Current state licensure (if required).
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT imaging techniques.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent or emergent situations.
