Arterial Regional Sales Manager - Northern West Region - Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop account managers while supporting regional program development and strategic initiatives
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasts, and execute business plans to expand market share
- Analyze market trends, competition, and pipeline opportunities to identify growth areas
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain talent; provide coaching and address performance gaps
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
- 3+ years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
- Solid business acumen with financial and commercial understanding
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of peripheral vascular products and competitive landscape preferred
Compensation: $175,000 base + commission and bonuses + benefits
