Social Media Marketing Specialist

Driving growth across Spanish-speaking markets, the full-time LATAM Growth Marketing Specialist will develop and execute localized marketing strategies, collaborate with global teams, and manage multichannel campaigns in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts while planning and executing multichannel campaigns Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to drive continuous improvement across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels Required qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus 3+ years of experience in digital marketing from SaaS or B2C in Latin America Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including region-specific channel dynamics Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with localized messaging Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to design impactful marketing initiatives
