Production Workers LL.USCarroll, IA Immediately Temporary/ContractLet your career thrive with VoltVolt is immediately hiring multiple Production Workers for a company specializes in the manufacturing of aerospace technologies in Carroll, IA.As a Production Worker you will:Set up and operate machinery according to standard work.Make machine adjustmentsLearn how to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.Understand and follow quality testing techniquesLearn how to inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments and equipmentDemonstrate proficiency in manufacturing documentation and labor transactions.Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position.Actively participates in the Continuous Improvement process as well as safety related activitiesNight shiftThe ideal candidate will have:Ability to learn machine operation and basic troubleshooting.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with production equipment.Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and documentation.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Basic math and measurement skills.Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.Pay Rate: $20.50/ hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
