Capital Markets Associate

Our leading Am Law 100 client is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with experience in liability management and complex securities transactions to join its nationally recognized corporate practice. This role offers the opportunity to advise issuers, investment banks, private equity sponsors, and other sophisticated market participants on innovative financing strategies, recapitalizations, and public and private capital markets transactions. Role Overview The associate will work on sophisticated liability management and securities transactions involving public and private companies. Responsibilities may include: Advising clients on liability management transactions and strategic recapitalizations Representing issuers and financial institutions in complex debt and equity offerings Structuring high-yield bond offerings and other sophisticated financing transactions Supporting IPOs, direct listings, and other public market transactions Assisting with derivatives and other structured securities products Collaborating with corporate, finance, and private equity teams on strategic transactions Drafting transaction documents and coordinating deal execution Candidate Profile J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required 2-6 years of capital markets experience Experience with liability management, securities offerings, or corporate finance Familiarity with high-yield debt, IPOs, direct listings, or structured finance products Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Excellent academic credentials Ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional practice Why This Is a Great Opportunity Join a nationally recognized Am Law 100 capital markets practice Work on cutting-edge liability management and financing transactions Advise sophisticated issuers, investment banks, and private equity clients Collaborate with leading corporate and finance attorneys Outstanding platform for long-term career growth and practice development Interested in learning more? #J-18808-Ljbffr
