• Hourly Pay Rate: Negotiable, based on experience

What You ll Do

• Take patient histories, perform physical exams, and develop diagnosis and treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and therapy services
• Recognize urgent situations and initiate appropriate treatment or notify the physician
• Counsel patients on health topics including medications and disease management
• Assist in surgery as a first or second assistant under surgeon supervision
• Support trauma patients, coordinate care, and facilitate referrals
• Administer medications and transmit prescriptions per supervising physician orders

What You Need

• Required: CA Nurse Practitioner license, trauma or critical care experience
• Preferred: Certification in Surgery or Emergency Care, prior surgical assisting training
• Key Skills: Strong assessment skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced trauma environment, excellent communication
