Service Contract Specialist I

Job Requirements

The Service Contract Specialist I is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate service contract documents in the branchs service management system, ensuring timely delivery of renewals to clients. This role supports branch revenue and customer retention by managing the end-to-end contract renewal process, including contract setup, pricing validation, and customer communication. Positioned as an advanced administrative function, the Service Contract Specialist provides specialized support for contract operations and reports directly to the Service Admin Manager.

This is an in-office position in Ballston Spa, NY.

Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in service administration, billing, or contract management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of service contract structures, terms, and pricing practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
