Description Location: Field-Based | Independent Contractor Role Compensation This is a commission-only role . Agents earn a percentage of each closed merchant account, with monthly residuals paid for as long as the account remains active. There is no base salary or hourly pay . Typical earnings per account range from $300 to $1,000 , depending on merchant volume and equipment options Established agents who consistently close deals often earn between $5,000 to $10,000+ per month Top producers who build larger portfolios have exceeded $15,000–$20,000/month , based on volume and residual growth All earnings are performance-based, and actual results vary by individual effort, experience, and territory activity. Job Overview SignaPay Direct is seeking independent sales agents to connect with local businesses and offer them simplified, cost-effective payment solutions. This opportunity is ideal for motivated self-starters who want full control of their income and schedule. All compensation is performance-based through commissions on activated merchant accounts. What You\'ll Do As a Merchant Solutions Agent, you’ll be on the front lines of helping local business owners take control of their payment processing. You’ll introduce our solutions in person, build trust quickly, and walk them through how we can reduce their costs and improve their operations. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed agreement — with full support from our internal teams. Specifically, you will: Identify and approach business owners in your area to uncover their current payment processing setup Explain how our solution helps eliminate or reduce processing fees through compliant pricing models Assist business owners in completing a short application — no complex paperwork required Collaborate with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth setup for each new merchant Maintain relationships with your clients to support long-term retention and grow your residual income Track your leads, deals, and client progress in our CRM platform (we’ll train you on everything) Represent SignaPay Direct with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine desire to help others succeed This role is ideal for those who thrive in self-directed environments, enjoy face-to-face sales, and are motivated by performance-based income.
