What You'll Be DoingAs a Front Desk (CBX) staff member, you'll be the face of CYCLEBAR, ensuring every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assisting with class check-ins and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
- Providing information about our services and answering customer inquiries.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Assisting with studio setup, which includes the ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure a top-notch experience for all.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment.
