Associate, Account Manager

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Associate, Account Manager to join our team in Roseville, Minnesota. In this customer-focused role, you will manage and strengthen account relationships, support customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and help drive account retention and growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service, account management, relationship-building, or sales skills who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively with customers and operations teams.

On a Typical Day You Will:

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including billing, scheduling, maintenance records, insurance documentation, and service concerns.
• Maintain regular customer communication to strengthen relationships and understand account needs.
• Identify opportunities for service sales, repairs, renewals, and account growth.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and knowledge of the local market.
• Conduct account planning and needs assessments to support sales and renewal strategies.
• Partner with Service Operations to help resolve customer concerns and support a positive customer experience.
• Use Otis sales tools to manage opportunities, maintain pipeline activity, and forecast sales results.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft-based technology and comfort learning sales and business systems.
