Our UK-based client is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to own the health of their client relationships after the sale. This is a full-time, fully remote position for a South African professional who combines warmth with commercial awareness. You will onboard new customers, keep existing ones engaged and successful, and turn quiet accounts into loyal, growing ones.

Our client is a well-established UK business whose growth depends on customers staying, renewing and recommending. They have invested heavily in winning clients and now want the same discipline applied to keeping them. You will join a supportive team where customer success is treated as a revenue function, not a complaints desk.

Key responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new customers with structured welcome journeys that get them to value quickly
• Monitoring account health and usage, spotting risks and reaching out before problems escalate
• Handling queries and issues end-to-end, coordinating internally until resolution is confirmed
• Running regular check-ins and reviews that surface feedback, wins and expansion opportunities
• Maintaining accurate CRM records so the whole business sees the true state of every account
• Feeding customer insights back to product, sales and leadership to improve the offer

Your days blend proactive and reactive work. You will welcome new customers, walk them through their first weeks, and check on accounts that have gone quiet. When an issue lands in your inbox you own it: acknowledging fast, chasing the right people internally, and closing the loop properly. You will prepare simple health reports, flag renewal risks early, and celebrate customer wins loudly enough that the whole team hears them.
