Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct standard reviews of compliance documentation to confirm adherence to internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Review project documentation, installation records, and training evidence to ensure completeness and audit readiness.
• Represent business operations in change-management discussions, providing necessary documentation updates.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to prepare for audits by ensuring all records and materials are organized and complete.
• Maintain and update compliance-related records, checklists, and action logs.
• Identify documentation gaps and coordinate follow-up actions with business owners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote consistent compliance practices.
• Provide updates on compliance review progress and audit-readiness actions.
• Support updates to work instructions and training materials to enhance operational controls.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience supporting business compliance, quality review, or audit readiness.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality, Compliance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review records for completeness and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel (intermediate skills including XLookup, Sorting & Filtering Data, Creating Pivot Tables).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfort working with process documents, checklists, and audit evidence.
• Professional judgment and the ability to escalate risks or gaps appropriately.
• Must be onsite in Raleigh, NC 5 days a week.
