Middle Office for Prestigious Global Hedge Fund (New York City Metropolitan Area)

OCR is working with a top-performing, $10bn+ AUM multi-strategy hedge fund looking to hire a Middle Office professional to join their talented and dynamic team . The firm is known for its strong global presence, collaborative environment, and long-term progression opportunities.
This is a high-impact role, working directly with Portfolio Managers and Traders across the full trade lifecycle. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth execution and front-to-back operational excellence, while also contributing to firm-wide initiatives and working closely with the wider business. As part of the global Middle Office team, you’ll be encouraged to identify and drive improvements across systems and workflows.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years+ of experience in operations/trade support from either the sell side or buy side
- Strong product knowledge of equities, listed derivatives, futures, options, or swaps
- Technical skills in Python or SQL are desirable but not essential
