Staff RN - Surgical Unit, Night Shift

Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a diverse, acute healthcare setting on a full-time night shift. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and participating in process improvement activities to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous learning in a high-reliability environment, with scheduled weekend and holiday rotations. Responsibilities Conduct health assessments Develop and document care plans Evaluate patient responses Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act Participate in process improvement activities to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency Qualifications Ohio RN license BLS certification BSN within five years of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
