Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thu 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests, patients, and staff in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, emergency personnel, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Support a professional front desk presence by answering questions, assisting with badge and key control processes, observing lobby activity, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns promptly. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
