The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in receiving, unloading, and maintaining an organized secure area of inventory product and deploy as directed by the Inventory Control Manager. This position also requires data entry, utilization of hand and power tools, and forklift operation. This role reports to the Inventory Control Manager.Duties & Responsibilities:Inbound Receiving & Outbound Shipping:Receive, unload, check in, and store materialsBe able to unload, handle, and maneuver materials of all shapes and sizesPalletize and wrap material for secure freight transportInventory Control:Be able to organize and label thousands of itemsComplete data entry in inventory system, excel spreadsheet, or smartsheetParticipate in regular cycle counts ensuring accuracy of inventory on handUtilizes and follows True Up’s Inventory Control Standard Operating ProceduresProject Kitting:Work with Inventory Control Manager on project kittingAnalyze layout plans and spreadsheets to accurately pull materials for Operations deploymentRemove material from original manufacturer packing and kit to layoutBe able to execute minor assembly work with hand and power toolsOversee and lead temporary associates when neededSafety & Company Policy:Report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to workCarry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and proceduresObserve safety and security procedures as applicable and report potentially unsafe conditions to managementWear personnel protective equipment (PPE) alwaysPerform other related duties as assigned by managementQualifications:Have a high school diploma or equivalencyMust be 18 years or olderMust be able to read, write, listen, and speak fluent EnglishAbility to meet the physical demands of the assignmentAbility to work independently to accomplish daily tasksWork effectively in team environment and provide support and assistance where neededCommitment to excellence and high standardsHold certification to operate a forklift or be willing to be certifiedHighly proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel requiredExperience with data entry and email communication requiredMust have a valid driver’s license100% travel requiredPhysical Demands & Work Environment:Frequently required to walk a long distance, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop or kneelFrequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds or more on occasionOccasionally work near moving mechanical partsMay be exposed to extreme heat or cold depending on the location and phase of the projectWork flexible schedule that may include overtime, nights, and weekendsYou should be proficient in:Warehouse ExperienceInventory Management & Control #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
