About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Senior Foreign Exchange Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding the company's international financial capabilities, with a focus on cross-border payments and tailored FX risk management solutions. This role involves proactive client engagement, business development, and the delivery of strategic FX advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' related experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred), and advanced knowledge of general banking operations, regulatory compliance, and FX market tools. The role requires a professional with advanced communication skills, the ability to build and deepen client relationships, and a commitment to the company's client-first culture. Key responsibilities for the SVP, Senior Foreign Exchange Advisor include assessing client needs, conducting portfolio reviews, and leading the development of FX hedging programs. The role also involves internal and external education, thought leadership, and collaboration with product teams to deliver integrated financial solutions. The candidate should be adept at cross-selling, and solutioning, and have a strong background in documentation and risk management. A Chartered Financial Analyst designation is preferred, and the role may require up to 25% travel.
