Client Service RepresentativeWe are looking for a full time Client Service Representative to join our team. There's something special about you and we are excited to learn more.As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets while building trust and confidence in our veterinary team. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.In this role, you will manage multiple phone lines, schedule appointments efficiently, maintain smooth front desk operations, and provide administrative support to veterinarians and technicians.
